Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the item that you ordered, you may call or email within three days of receipt to discuss the return of the item. After return arrangements have been discussed, please return the item(s) promptly in original condition will all contents. Refund credit or exchanges are accepted only with five days of receipt of merchandise less the original shipping cost. Credits will be issued by the same means of original payment. All returns must be insured for the full item price paid and sent via a traceable delivery method. We can not be responsible for packages damaged in shipment or untraceable lost return package. Buyer incurs cost of shipping & insurance on all returns. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns.

Deposits that are received on layaways or special orders are non-refundable. Shipping charge are non refundable. When returning a free shipping item, a $15 shipping return fee will be deducted from your return credit. All Sales are final on closeout or clearance items.
